Highlights:
Track package cannot be ordered with the Luxury package.
All the safety crap is bundled into one package, but you have to order that package if you want the security package (or rain sensing wipers)
Some of the stuff deleted with the track package can be optioned back in.
The performance data recorder can be ordered independently of the track package.
Nothing is transmission dependent (save remote start)

Looks like the Track Package is just a lightweight battery, the data recorder, and some carbon fiber bits. Nothing earth shattering. You can't get it with the upgraded headlights if I'm reading correctly as well.

Correct. Don't quite get the logic, unless they're going for the whole weight angle.
